Chronic endometritis


The granulomatous form of chronic endometritis shown here is due to drainage of tuberculous salpingitis into endometrial cavity. This occurred in a patient with disseminated tuberculosis. These multiple granulomas, some with multinucleated giant cells are still noncaseating.
