Notes:
Types of fracture spiral, transverse, oblique.
Fracture canculum you should do x-ray to exclude spinal fracture or base of skull fracture.
In upper limb fracture hold it to the chest wall.
In lower limb fracture hold them one to the other.
Treatment of fracture first aid, reduction (by ansthesia), holding (immbolization), physiotherapy.
Skin traction 1/10 of BMI = 5-6 kg.
Skin little traction 4 kg.
Visceral injury injury to the pelvis lead to pushing of the intestine upward to the chest.
Pain in the lower limb and pass knee due to spinal cord problem.
Pain in the upper limb and pass elbow due to spinal cord problem.
Pulled elbow is not dislocation because ligament still normal and not affected.
Pulled elbow x-ray have no benefits because before 6 years joint is cartilage.
Carpal tunnel syndrome pain and paresthesia at night, do tunnel test, phalens test.
Dislocation of the shoulder most common is anterior dislocation // subscapularis muscle is important.
Supracondylar fracture it is fracture, not dislocation, common in children.
Montegi fracture fracture of ulna (and dislocation)
Galezzi fracture fracture of radius (and dislocation)
