A classic wheal.A massive urticarial reaction to a wasp sting.
Urticaria Wheals with white-to-light-pink color in the face in a close-up view. These are the classic lesions of urticaria. It is characteristic that they are transient and highly pruritic.Angioedema of the upper lip.
Acute urticaria and angioedema Note that there are both superficial wheals and deep,diffuse edema. Occurred after the patient had eaten shellfish. He had similar episodes previously but never considered seafood as the cause.
Severe and acute urticaria caused by penicillin allergy.
Special varieties of urticaria Papular urticaria.Cholinergic urticaria
dermographism Urticaria as it appeared 5 min after the patient was scratched on the back. The patient had experienced generalized pruritus for several months with no spontaneously occurring urticaria.Angioedema

Erythema multiforme: bullous and target lesions occurring in a favourite site.
Stevens–Johnson type of erythema multiforme.The eyelids were also severely involved.Erythema nodosum: large painful dusky plaques on the shins. Always investigate this important reaction pattern
Vasculitis
Whereas the reactive erythemas are associated with some inflammation around superficial or deep bloodvessels, the term vasculitis is reserved for those showing inflammation within the vessel wall, with endothelial cell swelling, necrosis or fibrinoid change. The clinical manifestations depend upon the size of the blood vessel affected.The palpable purpuric lesions of small vessel vasculitis.
