Full denture in children
When all primary teeth extracted of a preschool child We do complete denture.It will improve appearance, restore function and may guide first permanent molars into there correct position.
The child should visit the dentist every interval ,we take x-ray to follow the eruption of permanent teeth successor and make a hole at the place of eruption
when two thirds of the root formed.
When permanent 6,1,2 and 3 erupt a partial denture space maintainer or lingual arch can be done to serve until remaining permanent teeth erupt.
