Failure of the upper part of peritoneal sac to close as it descends to scrotum. In female: a similar sac extends to labia. Hydrocele: is a hernial sac with tiny caliber duct extend to the scrotum.Epigastric Hernia
It is a defect in the linea alba situated anywhere between the umblicus and xiphesterun.Diveracation of the recti muscle
Weak thin linea alba causing separation of both rectus muscule with fusiform bulge in the midline.
